Our Origin
Utility Haven Way began when our founder, a former corporate records manager, observed that family offices in South Korea were conducting hardware wallet access events without any standard for documentation. Auditors arriving with generic checklists found ceremony evidence scattered across email threads and personal notebooks.
In 2019, we incorporated in Incheon with a single mandate: produce witness-ready records for offline wallet access ceremonies that any fiduciary — regardless of technical background — could read and rely upon.
What We Do
We attend access ceremonies, compile structured logs, and prepare archival packets. We do not hold keys, sign transactions, or advise on investment strategy. Our work sits at the intersection of custody operations and records management.

Working Approach
Every engagement begins with a written scope letter. We observe ceremonies without directing key-handling decisions. Our logs use plain language with technical terms defined in a glossary appendix. Photographs are taken with consent and redacted before delivery.
We maintain no cloud storage of client ceremony materials. Digital deliverables are provided on encrypted USB at handover.
