Brief Submission

You describe the access purpose, device model, number of participants, and preferred date through our contact form or by email. Include any internal custody policy documents that define your ceremony requirements. We do not need — and you should not provide — passphrases, seed phrases, or private keys at this stage.

Scope Confirmation

Within two business days, we return a written scope letter specifying the ceremony date, location, deliverable outline, participant roles, and quoted fee. A 40% deposit confirms the booking. If your requirements change after scope confirmation, we issue a revised letter before proceeding.

Pre-Ceremony Briefing

Forty-eight hours before the ceremony, a lead archivist conducts a briefing call with all participants. We confirm the workspace setup, photography boundaries, and the sequence of events. Each participant receives a one-page summary of their role during the ceremony.

Ceremony Attendance

Our archivists arrive on-site or join via supervised remote link. We observe the access event, record timestamps, photograph permitted hardware states, and note verbal confirmations. We do not handle devices, enter passphrases, or sign transactions.

Packet Assembly

Within five business days of the ceremony, we compile the witness packet: ceremony log, photographic annex, participant attestations, and a checksum manifest. Digital copies are prepared on encrypted USB. Printed copies are bound in a tamper-evident folder.

Delivery & Retention

The packet is hand-delivered or shipped via tracked courier. We retain no copies of ceremony materials after delivery unless you request a sealed archival deposit at our Incheon office. A retention schedule recommendation is included with every packet.

Companion Application

Between formal ceremonies, custody teams may use our Offline Wallet Tracker application to maintain a local index of ceremony references. The app operates entirely offline.
