Extended Case: Quarterly Audit Preparation
A Busan-based family office engaged us in March 2025 to document two simultaneous hardware wallet access ceremonies ahead of a June audit. Both ceremonies involved Trezor Model T devices stored in separate vault locations.
Challenge: The auditor’s checklist required photographic evidence of firmware versions and cable connections, but the family’s internal policy prohibited photographing screens displaying any wallet interface.
Our approach: We photographed hardware exteriors, cable routing, and serial labels. Screen states were described in the ceremony log by text reference to the participant’s verbal confirmation, with timestamps recorded by our archivist’s independent clock.
Outcome: The auditor accepted the packet without requesting supplementary evidence. The family office has since booked us for semi-annual ceremonies on retainer.
